For Friday's test, be able to draw and label an atom, describe static electricity, conductor/insulator, understand open/closed circuits, how to light a bulb, flow of electrons--REMEMBER ONLY ELECTRONS FLOW!!! (Protons are stuck tight in the nucleus of the atom.)
Fifth grade has been reviewing measuring in metric and measuring length/distance. We have talked about how metric is not so bad because there are no fractions--yeah! (Although, Mrs. Habib does have a not-so-secret love for Math!) We have brushed away the mental cobwebs and calculated averages and constructed bar graphs too. Below is the file for the notes we have taken so far...have you heard about poor King Henry?????
